Applications Specialist

Job Overview

The Application Specialist (AS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies and supporting the applications and field services team, promoting solutions and achieving high performance. The position reports to the Service Coordinator MX and is part of the Services Department located in México City to cover Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a team member and in partnership with peers and the entire organization to achieve results.
• Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.
• Ownership and accountability for after-sales customers on service and customer relationship. Lead customer satisfaction results.
• Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs.
