We’re building a lean, high-performance team of appointment setters who understand roofing campaigns and know how to produce results consistently.

We’re looking for experienced outbound callers who have worked roofing, storm damage, or similar home service campaigns before.

This is not an entry-level role. You’re expected to:

• Think like a closer
• Qualify like a pro
• Produce daily
