:Official course description:« This course examines the political strategies Indigenous Peoples have adopted in Canada and globally to ensure protection of their rights. The course focuses on the many ways Indigenous Peoples have resisted and continue to resist colonial/settler domination strategies, which have systematically undermined the rights of Indigenous Peoples. Prominence will be given to Indigenous voices of resistance, through engagement with Indigenous political activists, media, writings and so on. »
