Aquatics Coordinator
Responsibilities of the Aquatics Director:
– Manage day-to-day operations of the Waterfront and Pool to ensure the safety of all
swimmers, campers and staff
– Supervise and lead the Lifeguard team through all Aquatics programming and
training
– Oversee organization of structured swimming periods for small groups and open
swimming periods for medium sized groups
– Provide coaching and feedback to Lifeguard team to encourage skill development,
empowerment, and growth in their role
– Set expectations for Participants, Staff, and Lifeguard team at the Waterfront and pool
– Guard daily
– Administrative duties include: Creating and maintaining swim test records, pool chemical levels, ensuring all first aid supplies are stocked at both the waterfront and pool.
