AR Credit Card Exceptions Specialist

United Parcel Service in Medellín is looking for an individual to manage Credit Card Exceptions. The role involves taking calls from internal and external customers regarding inquiries, as well as resolving credit card issues.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 6 months of accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English skills are also required.

This is a permanent, on-site position with working hours from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
