Description

Job Duties
:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings including: Site plans
Floor plans
Elevations
Building sections
Wall sections and construction details 

Develop and maintain 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting software.

Produce building permit and construction drawing packages.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.

Ensure drawings comply with Alberta Building Code, municipal requirements, and client specifications.

Assist in the coordination and preparation of documentation for building permit submissions.

Review and incorporate consultant and vendor drawings into architectural sets.

Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and conditions; prepare accurate as-built drawings.
