Job Description

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Area Manager to lead a portfolio of 15 stores across our Williams, NSW and ACT locations. 
(Bankstown, Rockdale, Eastgardens, Miranda, Hurstville, Figtree, Goulburn, Menai, Mittagong, Nowra, Shellharbour, Wollongong, Woden, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong) 

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence performance at scale, shape team capability, and deliver a consistent, standout customer experience across your region. You will partner closely with your Store Managers to drive results, elevate standards, and build high-performing teams.

You'll be hands-on, visible in stores, and deeply connected to your people and your results.
