Responsibilities

Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Operates primarily outside the office conducting visits and resolving customer concerns. Works across remote offices and hotel facilities.

Develops and executes a marketing/calling program within an assigned dealer market area to reach business development targets, managing the volume, flow, and yield of a dealer loan application/sales pipeline; maintains effective follow-up with existing dealers while deepening client awareness of Scotiabank’s value proposition.

Ensures all aspects of assigned dealers receive ongoing attention to achieve dealer satisfaction, maintaining, improving, growing, and retaining the relationship by staying current on business line products and services, systems, processes, and skills as required by Scotiabank and Automotive Finance standards.
