Articling Student

Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy national litigation firm with offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Our lawyers specialize in employment law, as well as personal injury and insurance litigation.

The firm’s Toronto office is currently accepting articling student applications for the term . Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Thorough and comprehensive research
• Handling the day-to-day carriage of Small Claims Court files under the supervision of a lawyer or paralegal
• Shadowing legal representatives at various appearances including mediations, motions, and trials
• Completing various administrative duties as needed

This position is hybrid , with the option to work remotely or from our office. For remote working, a reliable home internet connection is required.

When it comes to salary for this position, it’s in the range of $6,500 to $7,000 per month ...
