Artisan III – Boilermaker at Gold Fields

The Engineering Department of Tarkwa Gold Mine seeks to employ an experienced and outstanding individual to fill an Artisan III – Boilermaker position. The successful applicant will apply knowledge and experience to carry out maintenance work and identify problems and advise on remedial action

Key Responsibilities

Undertake daily routine fault tracing and maintenance in a timeous manner to meet targets

Execute daily routine work strictly according to Procedures and Standards

Maintain a comprehensive record/file of applicable standards and procedures

Conduct maintenance effectively and efficiently

Identifying and provide reports on risks and hazards

Responsible for own safety and that of other employees

Ensure that areas of responsibility are maintained to a high standard of housekeeping
