El candidato ideal debe tener entre 1 a 2 años de experiencia en áreas similares, preferentemente en Derecho Laboral. Las responsabilidades incluyen la elaboración de escritos judiciales y análisis en consultoría laboral y seguridad social. Se requiere participación en procesos judiciales y experiencia en relaciones colectivas.
