This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

• Deep understanding of local consumer needs and insights; analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research, analyzing data and defining business strategies.
• Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the company’s sales and marketing approaches
• Work in partnership with Commercial managers to develop solid commercial plans.
• Propose, manage and control the marketing BME
