Assistant Community Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at our affordable housing community governed by mixed market and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. Responsible for helping lead the team, ensuring full occupancy, maintaining compliance with LIHTC requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. This role includes marketing efforts, application processing, income verification, renewals, and coordination with property management to maintain accurate records and meet occupancy goals. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of tax credit housing, Fair Housing laws, and affordable housing compliance.
