Qualifications
- To assist in estimating and cost planning activities
- To assist in preparing and evaluating VE items
- To assist and facilitate through the procurement process; including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively
- Attend key Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters
- To assist in monitoring project cost and managing change orders
- To assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports for senior management usage
- 新築工事・改修工事の概算業務
- VE提案、VE評価の資料作成業務
- 入札契約に関連する業務(事前審査、質疑、見積分析、見積評価、見積評価内容交渉など)
- プロジェクトの全段階において、クライアントやプロジェクト関係者とのやりとりや会議への参加
- 工事契約後のコストモニタリングと変更管理
- 工事契約後のコストレポート作成と、クライアントへの報告
Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects
