We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant CRM Manager to join our client in the B2B services sector.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty
  • Build interactive dashboards for campaign and business performance reviews to facilitate data-driven business decision process
  • Implement tracking & reporting mechanisms (using Salesforce, Adobe Analytics and Google Marketing Platform) to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Keep track on new CRM solutions and suggest engagement initiatives that builds brand loyalty
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings and industry best practices

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the B2B sector.
