The Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) reports to the Director of Care (DOC) and provides operational and clinical leadership to the nursing team to ensure residents receive safe, highquality, person-centered and culturally safe care in accordance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and Ontario Regulation 246/22.
