The Assistant Director of Care-Evenings reports to the Director of Care and provides direction to the nursing team in all aspects of residents’ care within established legislative standards in collaboration with the Director of Care. Acts as a mentor to the Nurse Managers and Registered staff in the clinical areas, conflict and problem resolutions, communication and personal and professional growth.
