An Assistant Director of Learning & Development shall ensure the hotel’s learning system and functions are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision and implemented correctly based on the hotel’s standard, to improve service delivery quality, and improve job efficiency. Drive effective learning and development to ensure maximum return on investment and uphold the company values and philosophy.
