We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Ensure the upmost quality and patient-centered care of residents Coordinate infection control Plan organize and implement training programs/in-services for clinical staff. Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents.
