Assistant General Manager- Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission, particularly for CLASS 1 (a), airport operations.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders about job site conditions and concerns that may impact operational requirements.
• Support the enforcement of all protocols related to the aviation industry, client requirements, legislation, and division‑specific guidelines.
• Assist in financial management, including planning, systems, and controls of the branch. Participate in financial reviews to stay informed about the business’s state.
• Collaborate with the management team to assess operational effectiveness and strategize for enhanced workflow and productivity.
