Assistant Manager, Mro

The MRO Manager ensures the strategic and operational management of MRO resources to support continuous and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant.This role provides leadership over high-volume procurement, large-scale CAPEX projects, and construction-related initiatives.With strong knowledge of general construction and facility infrastructure, the MRO Manager partners closely with plant leadership, engineering, and maintenance teams to deliver critical projects on time and within budget while optimizing costs, supplier performance, and compliance.
