Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Bed Management Unit (BMU)

You will be a project executive for the Bed Management Unit (BMU) in Singapore’s largest tertiary hospital. You will collaborate with Medical, Surgical, Radiological and Nursing departments to advocate for, develop and implement Short Stay Ward (SSW) models of care. You will also support the BMU’s preparations for the new SGH Elective Care Centre Building (ECC) which is expected to open within the next 3 years. You will be involved in the Planning, Coordination and Management of a team of staff to do Bed Assignment for patients in the ECC.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SSW utilisation.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and proposals for senior leaders and clinical stakeholders.
