About the Opportunity

Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy residential community.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working with people in a fast‑paced environment. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support leasing, resident relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, reporting, and overall property operations.

You will work closely with the Property Manager and site team to help ensure residents receive prompt, professional service and that the property is operating efficiently. This is a hands‑on role with the opportunity to build a long‑term career in property management.

Experience in property management is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who is committed to learning, growing, and delivering excellent service.
