Banquet Operations

  • Oversee the setup, execution, staffing and breakdown of all banquet and event functions.
  • Ensure event details are accurately communicated to service teams and executed according to client expectations.
  • Lead and support banquet staff during service, including assigning sections, monitoring pacing, and ensuring high service standards.
  • Coordinate with Culinary and Sales/Event Planning teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage inventory of banquet supplies and ensure rooms are properly staged.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and event-day adjustments.
  • Restaurant/FOH Operations

  • Support daily floor management of the restaurant along side other managers, including opening/closing duties, table/section planning, and service flow.
