Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Assist the Sales Managers and General Manager in planning and forecasting of goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Assist with conducting monthly meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest.
• Reach sales goals on strict timeline requirements.
• Assist with training and support sales staff to reach target sales goals.
• Grow revenue and profitability in sales territory.
• Represent The Employer in a favorable light to all accounts, press and industry representatives at all times.
