Assistant Senior Manager - Facility Operations 2

FedEx is seeking an Assistant Senior Manager – Facility Operations 2 in Woodbridge, Ontario. This full-time, permanent role assists the Senior Manager in providing direction to staff managers in the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility, while ensuring operations are optimised for safety, security, quality, productivity, and service expectations. This role supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Manager in directing staff managers across all areas of facility operations and maintenance
• Optimise facility performance by ensuring safety, security, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
• Champion the FedEx Safety Above All Culture throughout the facility
• Provide operational leadership and direct employee performance management
• Monitor facility operations to identify and address inefficiencies or compliance issues
