Assistant Store Manager (ASM) – Job Description

The Original FARM is a leading cannabis retailer that empowers the customer to take the best- informed decision through thoughtful and innovative customer experience. We are cannabis educators, sharing our passion and acquired knowledge with every customer.

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager or designate.

The ASM has the following positions as direct reports: Inventory Supervisor, Inventory Associate, Back of House Keyholder, Front of House Keyholder, and Budtenders.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Customer Experience:

· Drive the store results by building and leading a highly performant team

· Expand the customer data base and build brand loyalty
