Assistant Store Manager (Store #8627 – Hamilton, ON) – Job Summary Looking for a detail‑oriented individual who is organized, efficient, and enjoys problem‑solving. This role involves leasing storage & parking spaces, overseeing a team, handling maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
Salary: Starting at $19.50/hour with bonus.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Rent out storage units.
Prepare rental agreements.
Handle financial transactions and banking activities.
Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
Conduct background checks as required.
Other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
Current auto insurance.
Background check clearance.
