Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports daily store operations at the Vancouver Oakridge Shopping Centre, driving sales performance and ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising. This role provides training to staff, assists with inventory and loss prevention, and helps achieve key performance indicators while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Support meeting store sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide high level customer service and promote product styling and wardrobing
- Schedule client appointments and maintain client records and follow up
- Train store employees on customer service programs and sales processes
- Assist with visual merchandising to align with brand standards
- Help organize and execute stock inventory and stock take procedures
- Implement loss prevention policies and ensure inventory control
