Assistant Store Manager, Pane Fresco - Full Time Day

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team comprised of Pane Fresco department employees and managers with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience while offering great quality food products with friendly and efficient service.
• Work with your team to identify and execute operational goals by coaching and upholding store standards.
• Review opportunities, develop and implement business plans to reach sales and financial targets (gross profit, wage cost, operational expenses, inventory, shrink).
• Ensure the execution and maintenance of store programs, merchandising and initiatives throughout the sales floor and backroom areas.
• Approve department administrative activities including financial reporting, scheduling and budgeting.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and product assortment with emphasis on seasonal events and bookings.
