Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager with all aspects of donor door operations, donation production, team training, and day‑to‑day store operations, contributing to the efficient and cost‑effective management of the Goodwill Retail Store.

To ensure the efficient and cost effective operation and stewardship of Goodwill Retail Store, maximize profitability, and increase training opportunities.
