About the jobAbout youObjectives of the Role- Lead and manage business processes including demand process, GPS, and S&OP.
- Utilize analytical skills for market diagnostics (Nielsen-SOM, panel) and performance KPIs of brands/innovations (sell in/sell out).
- Measure brand power, awareness, TOM, and equity drivers.Key Responsibilities- Particpate in building and implementing equity strategies based on consumer insights.
- Manage communication campaigns across TV, Digital, PR, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and AI.
- Conduct market/consumer studies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Understand media flow and performance variables (TV, digital, PR KPIs, etc.).
- Drive innovation processes from start to finish, collaborating with plant and logistics teams.
- Follow up P&L key lines: volume, COGS, NS, profitability, A&P.
