Associate Director - Collar Product Manager

Vence Collar Product ManagerResponsibilities- Own and manage the Vence collar throughout its entire product lifecycle.
- Define collar vision/strategy focused on value, business outcomes, and user experience.
- Create market valuations, value propositions, and business cases for new concepts/capabilities; identify unmet customerneeds and market opportunities.
- Lead customer discovery, problem definition, value hypotheses, and product experiments.
- Partner with the Collar Technology Lead on technical prototypes/feasibility experiments.
- Execute customer insight strategies (surveys, farm visits, customer advisory boards) and build relationships with customers, field, and commercial stakeholders.
- Translate insights into a prioritized backlog and outcomes-based roadmap.
