Job Overview

The Corporate Finance team within Canadian Commercial Banking at BMO Financial Group supports both public and large private corporate clients in diversified industries. The Associate Director will play a critical role in supporting growth and risk‑management objectives of large commercial loan portfolios, with a focus on financing opportunities of $10,000,000 or more, both syndicate and bilateral.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit information to support lending decisions for new and existing commercial banking loans.
• Make credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with bank policies while maintaining an exceptional client service environment.
• Negotiate loan structures, terms and collateral requirements that align client needs with the bank’s risk appetite.
