What is the OpportunityAn exciting and fulfilling opportunity where you will lead peer benchmarking strategy and analysis in RBC Capital Markets (RBC CM) Performance Management Finance. The role will provide insights to senior leadership by synthesizing financial results and drivers, strategy, as well as KPIs for RBC CM’s global peer group compared to that of RBC’s . The position supports executive level decision-making, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiativesWhat will you do?Lead the peer benchmark team as you define and maintain the peer group data infrastructure and framework for competitor analysis
Analyse financial and operational performance across peers, while identifying trends, performance gaps, and best practices
