Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee forensic delay analysis, quantum analysis, productivity analysis, and insurance loss quantification for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Lead planning and project controls, including progress tracking, cost analysis, and loss quantifications.
  • Assist in cost estimation and cost planning from design documents.
  • Provide strategic oversight for analyzing complex project schedules, and the investigation and quantification of damages.
  • Ensure accurate data extraction by reviewing project contemporaneous records, identifying key evidence, and utilizing advanced tools for comprehensive planning and reporting.
