Associate Director of FP&A

Job Description The Associate Director, FP&A is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, Business Intelligence, and management reporting across the organization. Reporting directly to the AVP of Finance, this role acts as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to support decision‑making, performance management, and long‑term planning.

The role includes direct leadership of a team of three business analysts and a strong focus on business intelligence, forecasting excellence, and continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Review and challenge financial results to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

Prepare and present clear, executive‑ready financial analyses and insights.
