**Key Responsibilities:**
**Sales & Business Development**
+ Assist in developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
+ Identify and secure new corporate, government, travel agent, and leisure business opportunities.
+ Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.
+ Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
+ Participate in sales missions, trade shows, and networking events.
**Revenue Generation**
+ Support the achievement of monthly and annual room revenue budgets.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
+ Work closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize occupancy and ADR.
+ Ensure effective negotiation of rates and contracts within approved guidelines.

+ Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the designated CRM system.
