Associate Director - Pricing

Drive pricing and access strategy for Lilly Canada.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report to optimize pricing and access opportunities for commercial products and pipeline assets.
• Coordinate PRA team operations, including GPO contracting and payer submissions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Finance to provide quantitative inputs for pricing strategies.
• Lead the internal launch price approval process and new product planning activities.
• Assist with Canadian Pricing Regulation Management, including PMPRB reporting and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or MSc in Finance preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in market access or related functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
