Associate Director – Regulatory Capital, Data & Business Solutions

What is the Opportunity In this exciting position, you’ll have the chance to work as a Product Owner delegate & SME, to develop design, solutions, and data‑driven requirements on all key projects, enhancements, upgrades, and changes to Capital Measurement & Reporting Platforms.

What will you do?

Work alongside product owners to manage development of analysis, business understanding, solutioning, planning, prioritization, and implementation of key initiatives and projects related to Regulatory Capital Measurement & Reporting.

Manage and prioritize external bank projects impacting Regulatory Capital data pipelines & infrastructure, including developing strong product knowledge of RBC’s complex product portfolio on the Asset side of the balance sheet (credit products).

Actively seek to maintain engagement with key stakeholders on all major bank projects to establish the key point of contact for the Regulatory Capital team.
