Associate, Finance

Associate, Finance supports the Director, Finance in the forecasting of budgets and prices for SCMC's case competition, workshops and other events. They will work closely with both external partners and internal teams to ensure a balanced budget and a smoothly run competition.

5–10 hours per week (up to 20 hours/week during October–December)

Main Responsibilities

• Support the creation of budget proposals and optimal spending models to present to the CUS Budget Committee with forecasted revenue and expenses of SCMC 2026/26
• Manage reimbursements by overseeing CUS and AMS requests related to competition expenses, ensuring proper documentation, timely processing, and providing regular budget updates
• Work closely with the SCMC External team to seek additional financial support and monetary sponsorships from firms and businesses
