Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Employment - red deer

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Associate General Counsel, you will play a key role in shaping the legal strategy as we continue to grow. You will partner closely with our businesses to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a wide range of areas, including commercial matters, disputes, and employment-related issues. You will support both day-to-day legal needs and more complex matters, including managing disputes, advising on workforce-related topics, and mitigating legal risk across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, consulting agreements, and other business-critical contracts
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business operations
