**Job Summary:**

The Associate Laboratory Project Set-up Manager leads the design and launch of clinical research studies, ensuring high-quality study start-up deliverables while coordinating effectively with sponsors, CROs, and internal laboratory teams.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Develop and manage laboratory database design requirements for protocols, amendments, and sponsor-driven changes
+ Define and maintain client-specific design standards in alignment with clinical protocols
