Associate Lawyer – Health Law & Insurance Law (2–5 Year Call)

Location: London, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in the Health Law and Specialty Risk & Insurance Groups.
• Practice in insurance defence, insurance law, and/or health law.
• Assist with regulatory health or public entity liability matters.
• Assist with plaintiff personal injury matters where required.
• Maintain excellent client service and advocate for clients.
• Commit to a minimum of 3 days in the London office per week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defence, insurance law, and/or health law.
• Experience in regulatory health or public entity liability matters is an asset.
• Platoon personal injury experience considered.
• Demonstrated track record of excellent client service.
