Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across Canada and offers independent, assisted, and memory care options. We are seeking an experienced clinical professional to step into a leadership role as Associate Health and Wellness Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide daily operations of the nursing department to ensure high‑quality resident care.
• Lead and participate in Care Conferences, engaging with residents and families to address concerns.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical team members, applying disciplinary processes in collaboration with the Health and Wellness Manager and Executive Director.
• Oversee and assess compliance of resident care staff with company policies, safety regulations, and proper work practices.
