Description
The Marketing Associate is creative and understands how fonts, colours, and icons create a brand story. They will be creating the foundation of the conference’s brand and need to be able to create original, authentic and engaging content.
Time Commitment
5-10 hours per week
Term of Employment
June 2026 – March 2027
Main Responsibilities
- Creation of all social media graphics
- Creation of stickers, banners and other merchandise for use in the competition and marketing materials
- Support design of PowerPoints and conference assets (Posters, nametags, etc.)
- Support the design aspects of corporate outreach packages
- Contribute to external and corporate engagement, sustaining long-term, strategic relationships
