Reporting to the Registrar, the Associate Registrar - Recruitment & Admissions provides leadership for undergraduate admissions and student recruitment operations, ensuring effective, equitable, and data-informed practices aligned with institutional enrolment goals. This role is responsible for supervising admissions and recruitment staff, overseeing admissions decision processes, and supporting recruitment strategy development, while operating within Senate-approved policies and under the direction of the Registrar.
This role leads a team representing the University to students, parents, guidance counsellors, applicant representatives (agents), and other influencers, on international recruitment and admissions in a highly competitive international market.
