Role Overview

The Associate Regional Vice‑President (ARVP) – Business Development – is responsible for retaining and growing assets under administration (AWM) by supporting Assante’s advisory network with practice‑management education, communicating and building support for AWM initiatives, and helping advisors and branches grow and succeed. The ARVP will manage and grow their region, operating with flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit, located in their regional office and traveling throughout their sub‑region to deliver sales presentations and build the business.

• Provide service and support to advisors in the region through proactive outbound sales and service calls.
