Description
Salary Range: $66,500.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and maintain key relationships within region.
- Liaise between producers/advisors and head office to ensure highest standard of service.
- Identify training needs and recommend sales/marketing solutions with focus on maximizing sales.
- Provide marketing, product and administrative support including sales calls and database development.
- Implement and sustain a call rotation and activity level that allows you to focus on key advisors while still supporting the different WFG offices and staff.
- Provide basic training through one-on-one sessions and large group presentations.
- Attend WFG related events (in person and virtual) throughout the year (occasional evening and weekend expected); some travel may be required.
