Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and work within the company culture and values.
• Provide qualified, timely, accurate, and courteous communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation or loading/unloading of internal and external resources for pick‑up or delivery.
• Maintain and update information databases with appropriate information.
• Prepare and assist with outbound shipments or inbound deliveries.
• Ensure all information is updated and maintained, including inventory and shipping/receiving documents.
• Follow safety policies, including safe handling of equipment and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment; maintain a safe and clean work setting.

Previous experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
